I would like Tim Hortons to encourage franchise owners to charge the calculated total amount and not round up when using debit. Rounding is for cash at the counter.

The original roast coffee seems to be getting weak, for more flavor get the dark roast. Thier pasteries are growing a second skin with the amount of glazing being used. Not good for either adults or kids, too much sugar.

I went threw the drive tru to get coffees and muffins got to my destination and realized they had given me a hot chocolate instead of a coffee yes I returned back and asked for my money they all looked at me like I came from another planet they were very apprehensive of wanting to give me a coffee and I said NO!!! I want my money back, I said service like this you dont need my money so finally they gave me my money without a apology or no care in the world , what kind of service is that to keep customers,, If it would have been me I would have gone out of my way to make it up to the customer. Just sayin'

I’m very dissatisfied with location on Madawaska and Maine St. The service is unfriendly and they don’t stock up on most popular brands like Boston creams and plain bagels. I’m judging by the 4 visits. Maybe the baker was sick or maybe this is an issue that could be fixed by revising the sales order of these items and have more production? I didn’t purchase another bagel or donut so that’s 4 loss sales just for 1 person. It adds up... I also was dissatisfied how the cashier handles the sale. No hello and no thank you. Barely a smile.
